Falling Up - Theo Parrish
J’avais tout d’abord entendu le remix de Carl Craig avant d’entendre cette version. Et quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater à quel point l’originale de Théo Parrish sonne si expérimentale tout en gardant cet aspect 4/4. Après s’être laissé entraîner par une bassline dissonante, les notes au clavier viennent malicieusement se loger dans ma tête ;)
La philosophie du musicien de Détroit:
